About getting help in the relationship
Many have made promises of love for one another, either in church or otherwise. But often we have to admit that these promises can be really hard to live up to. We live in a time of towering expectations for a partner, combined with a stressful everyday life for most people. This makes it difficult to meet these expectations in full. That is one of the reasons we see historically many people who are in crisis - or dissatisfied - in their relationship.

CAN OUR RELATIONSHIP BE SAVED?
Failure, infidelity, or years of indifference, can deprive us of the hope of the intimacy and love that our soul longs for. But do not despair. As long as there is a will to work on love, there is also a way. With Gottman's couple therapy, which we are trained in, many couples have found their way back to love and intimacy. Even after a number of years of betrayal, infidelity, addiction, or through a failing physical or mental health - there can be hope and opportunity to find the love that can lead you both safely on in life.
