Mads has worked for a number of years at Save the Children and Danmarks Radio and has worked as a teacher, workshop facilitater and therapist in Denmark, the USA and South America. Mads has practiced therapy primarily with couples in Hickory, North Carolina. Today he works independently as a therapist and teacher in Denmark.

Elisabeth was born in Quito, Ecuador but grew up in Denmark. She has been employed as a project manager in the Food department (gynecological / obstetrical department) at Hvidovre hospital, as well as a development consultant in Frederiksberg municipality and Gentofte municipality. Elisabeth has worked as a teacher, course leader and therapist in Denmark, the USA and South America. Also works independently as a therapist and teacher.
