Business conditions for the purchase of packages
After purchase, discounted packages cannot be refunded, either in whole or in part or after expiry. Packages without a discount can be refunded at any time, both in full and in part.
Cancellation of booked times can be done with 24 hours' notice. In case of later cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
The therapy package has a validation, clearly written in each package. After the package expires, sessions can still be booked, but with an additional fee, corresponding to the discount obtained when purchasing the package. If you have bought a package with a 25% discount, with a duration of 3 months, you must pay a fee of 25% to use times in the package after the expiry date. Packages without a discount have no expiration date.
Times set aside in my calendar for couples therapy are 1.5 hours and times set aside for individual therapy are 1 hour. If you book a couple session of 1.5 hour duration and you want an individual session (1 hour) either by accident or because other times don't suit, you will be charged the full fee for a 1.5 hour couple - session, or the difference between the pre-paid time and the real time booked in the system. (typically DKK 500-600).
